The tagline for the soon to be released Coraline film is "welcome to/discover a hand made world". With that in mind I set out to make something handmade to commemorate the film, my love for Neil, and my appreciation of what the people at LAIKA are doing to adapt Neil Gaiman's fantastic book into an awesome movie. I can't make anything other than scarves when I crochet, but seeing as how several characters have crochetted parts [i.e. Wybie] or clothing made from other objects I thought crochetting was appropo. Also, the grey scale yarn made this really awsome wavy pattern that just cried out "IM MIST!" and I've had the "evil buttons" sitting

As expected WWCS was taken down due to the copyright violation rule. Thank you to those who read it and if you would still like to read it. Perhaps it might be possible to post it somewhere else. I understand why it was taken down and no further such posts will be made.
